Synopsis

A well-known personality seeks sanctuary with his father after the breakdown of his marriage. He is then pursued by  the BBC, the press, for a broadcast on "Women's Hour" and as the "prize" for a newspaper stunt. Cue mistaken identities galore and the chaos unfolds.

Synopsis

A young married couple have financial problems. To solve them they take in paying guests - but most of the guests cannot afford to pay their rent. The wife will receive a lump sum from an aunt's will if she becomes a widow or is divorced, so they decide a divorce is in order with a re-marriage to follow once the money has been obtained. A co-respondant is required. The wife chooses a dowdy young lady who is staying with them. Unfortunately she finds her husband in the arms of a buxom blonde.
