Synopsis

A Touch of Class

Basil is delighted when a member of the aristocracy chooses to stay at the Fawlty Towers, snubbing the normal guests who frequent the hotel. What Basil does not know, however, is that the man is not a Lord but a confidence trickster who attempts to steal his collection of rare coins.

Waldorf Salad

An American couple arrives at the hotel late at night expecting to be served a hot dinner. But with the chef off for the night, Basil is forced to make the dinner himself. Things get even more complicated when the two Americans begin ordering meals that Basil has never heard of ...

Synopsis

Welcome to the Othman Clinic - rural retreat and private clinic to the rich and famous, presided over by the clinic's chief surgeon, Benjamin Cooper and his old friend and visitor - the controversial surgeon, Hravic Zyergefoovc. Mayhem ensues when a glamour model and a journalist who has let herself go are involved in a gruesome helicopter accident and find their heads re-attached to the wrong bodies, but the ending has it all stitched up nicely....

Effie, who has lived in mental institutions since the age of thirteen, has been admitted to hospital with severe burns. Treating her is Dr Ruth Kovacs, who finds in Effie's extraordinary story of injustice and official callousness the key to her own suppressed anger and power
